I just bought a new car and I called my auto insurance Agent’s office to tell them. I was done in about three minutes and was told that the new auto insurance policy would be mailed in about three days. Truly amazing.

On Aug. 9, a tree fell in my backyard causing no structural damage. I called Erie Insurance to file the claim. On Aug. 10, an adjuster called me back and said to fax the quote for the downed tree. I faxed that day around 1 p.m. I received a check in the mail the following day. Amazing! I am totally surprised when customer service is so efficient and supportive. The tree service I used stated that Erie Insurance is one of the best, and I am in full agreement.
